Day after 2d trip

Today was an interesting day. I could tell the difference big time. The trip home yesterday afternoon I could feel the pressure that had given me a break started coming back. Today the old thoughts started to take their "normal place in the front of my mind. Fear, confusion moved back in. Not as strong as usual but I could tell they were back. There was relief though. There were quite a few people that asked w=how the trip went. I could feel the pressure lift as I thought about the trip and tried to explain the feelings that came with the trip. It was difficult at times just due to realizing some of those that asked me don't know what I am going through. Others really took interest and were amazed at most of the things that I was talking about. I heard a lot of "I didn't realize they could train a dog to do those things". I have gotten several comments from the videos and pics that I post on my FaceBook. Everyone really got a kick out of me working with Sally. They were really amazed with how well we seemed to work together. I wish there was a way to post the feelings that went along with the week. I guess the Internet hasn't progressed that far yet. I am really looking forward to my next trip!! Thanks to all!!!!
